Personal Trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach

Nicola is our lovely Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant. Nicola has been involved in the wellness industry since 2002.  She has a Bachelor of Physical education, majoring in Sports Science and Exercise Prescription from the University of Otago, as well as having a level 2 Holistic Life Coach qualification and is a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor.  Nicola operates her own online gym which helps hundreds of people all over the world keep up regular and effective exercise as well as being the health ambassador for Sovereign and a health column writer for Good Health magazine. Nicola understands how to push you while still understanding your personal limits.
