Claire is one of New Zealand’s most well-known Nutritionists. As the Nutritionist for the Healthy Food Guide, Newstalk ZB, Healthy Food Ideas and the Millennium Institute of Sport, Claire trained as a Dietitian and Personal Trainer in the UK before moving to New Zealand in 2005 to start her own nutrition practice – Mission Nutrition. Claire has recently published her second book, Feel Good For Life after the success of her first book Lose Weight for Life, and is a sought-after public speaker who regularly appears on TVNZ Breakfast, Newstalk ZB and other radio and television shows. Claire undertakes an interactive, educational and fun health and nutrition workshop on our Retreats. Claire herself has been through body confidence issues and unhealthy relationships with food when she was younger, so can understand the challenges our guests face. Claire helps thousands of women a year become educated about food and health through so many channels, she is an inspiration to us here at Resolution Retreats.
